Midnight Moonlight

Midnight moonlight and midnight thoughts. Where does one find peace in the night? I need my guiding midnight moonlight. I need the moonlight to light the path. As I walk down this dark-lit path, I come across this shadow following me into the night. The midnight moonlight stays in my sight, with one step in front of me and one behind me. I continue climbing up into the night and the midnight moonlight is shining bright. Midnight moonlight, don't ever fade away. Your light is burning deep into my soul. I feel the midnight moonlight creep into the deepest places of my soul, and it is beyond my wildest dreams, but midnight moonlight comes swooping in to provide me calmness in the storm. Midnight moonlight holds me tight. When my soul is tired and restless, the midnight moonlight rises and shines bright. Into the night midnight moonlight whispers, "You can overcome." Midnight moonlight knows my heart and soul and that the hope I have is slowing drifting to the night. But midnight moonlight will relight my soul, so when day breaks, midnight moonlight will wait for me and wait to restore the hope my soul needs.
Where do we go if we don't have midnight moonlight to light the path. What happens to our soul when the world goes dark? What happens to the hope our soul holds? But, midnight moonlight comes back and keeps us even when we don't believe it. Midnight Moonlight is the comforter, the spirit that comes from the Lord. He is the whisper in the night and the words spoken from another soul. Midnight moonlight tonight, and in the morning, it is the crisp morning air. He refreshes our soul when we need it rekindled. Sometimes, it's the moonlight that brings the stillness, and we can breathe—feeling the midnight moonlight on our face and remembering his saving Grace.
"In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God's will." Romans 8:26-27
These are the words that came laid upon my heart tonight. Being bold and courageous to place these words out here for the world to see isn't something that comes easy for me, but sometimes we have to do the uncomfortable to find our comfortable.
