A Year of Obedience and Faith

Well, it has been One year since the beginning of Tenacious Talisha. After a long year of transition, I feel my calling and purpose is to share my story. I have always been a person that believes in being tenacious and a planner. However, over the last year, I have learned that no matter how much I plan, God's timing is always better than my own and that sometimes it is better to take life daily. This next year of Tenacious Talisha will hold an ending to my Master's Degree program and my second year as a merchant. I often wonder if all these stories, whether long or short have inspired you the reader. I am thankful for everyone who discovers this page, and I pray you are left wanting more of Jesus.

Post: Welcome

Brain Fried.

It's nearly 11:00 PM and my brain is fried. I have been studying financial management for what seems like hours. When the next 5 weeks are over I will move on to a new challenge and this class will be a distant memory. This week has been crazy and chaotic. I feel like I go to bed just to wake up and rush. I wish I was an early bird but that is not the case.

Isn't it funny when you pick up a pen or sit down to write every thought just goes out the window? I want to inspire you but I feel like I need the inspiration at the moment. I think it is time to grab the ol' gratitude book and reflect on accomplishments. At the present moment, I am thankful for my husband, who has folded laundry this week and cooked dinner. Currently, he is asleep and here I sit trying to write my thoughts before I go to bed.

P.S. Check out this week's new Motivation for the Soul. I think you and I will be inspired by the words of Roy Lessin...
